Colonnese Studio is an independent consultancy working at the intersection of design, culture and luxury, advising a select group of brands and houses on how their work is understood, and where it sits within a wider commercial and cultural landscape.
Founded by Laura Colonnese, the studio is shaped by fifteen years across luxury houses, design brands and hospitality. Earlier chapters include the launch of Thomas Lyte at the Burlington Arcade, communications at Café Royal, and leading the London office of Alpha Kilo, alongside ongoing work as Consultant for Partnerships & Design at KTW London.
The work spans brand strategy, creative direction and media communications: from establishing a clear point of view and the language to articulate it, to placing that story with the editors, platforms and voices that shape perception in design, culture and lifestyle.
Each engagement is developed in close collaboration, drawing on an international network of editors, journalists, designers and cultural figures, assembled precisely for the brief.
Currently working with a select number of clients.
The studio's practice is small by design and broad by necessity. Strategy, direction and communications are treated as one continuous body of work rather than separate departments.
